Hey there,
Frankly we're super busy with ... literally everything.. right now, hence why we haven't replied sooner.
The problem is a caching issue on our side not refreshing the banner, unfortunately there's not a solution I can give you that I'm aware of. Further, this isn't something that's going to be fixed for some time.
If there are any more updates or I'm corrected by another JMod I'll let you know. Until then I'm afraid its something you're going to have to grin and bear.

From my observations, this issue seems to have begun around December 2017. Unfortunately for new clans, such as yours, they're stuck with the default banner until this issue is resolved.

Yeah, RuneClan gets its data from your Clan Page, so it won't display correctly there until Jagex fixes the issue.
As far as I'm aware, there still hasn't been an update about this posted anywhere from a Jmod.

They're locking every thread in the W&F forum section that mentions it. I don't think they care enough to even do anything about it now.

REALLY wish that this would get fixed also. They put it on the back burner, but don't realize how important this is for clans' identities.
