I think my clan and I have an issue on our hands.

So basically, this guy left our clan because we made changes to how to obtain admin rank and he was a general. Then the next day, his best friend left and now, they are trying to cause havoc by creating similar names to ours (Sev da best) for example and they are trying to troll everyone and clearly, they got nothing to do better in their lives. They are like 10 people.
This person was a troll but a really nice guy also. He claims that everybody hated him which is obviously not true.

How would you guys deal in this situation? I got admins on but these guys are relentless and probably will not stop. hi

if you can you could add to ban list temp, but if they are trolling them via pm...you could talk to them and tell them to turn it to friends? im not sure really..just ta thoughtt

Be honest and open with your clanmates about what's going on. Tell them why the ex-clannie and his friend are behaving this way, and why the changes to obtaining rank needed to be done. @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape

I already did that and @wake. They are so bored they literally created new acc's to guest in our clan chat and troll possibly. Honestly, the only way to stop this is to prevent people from guesting clan chat right? hi

I had a similar problem a few months ago, at first we started ban listing the alts as they were making, that only encouraged them to make more. So we ended up disabling guesting for a few weeks (which did suck) but once we turned it back on they had given up.

So based on previous experience, I would suggest turning guesting in your clan chat off for guests just for a few days - weeks.
