Hi there,

As I'm sure this has been brought up before, I was just curious as to whether or not the issue with the clan page banner will ever be fixed as we have been going for almost a year in March and our banner still looks like this:


It's definitely not a huge issue, but it seems like something that should be fixed eventually, no?

Anyways, I'm not frustrated or anything, only curious is all. Hope to hear from someone soon.

Unfortunately, re: the last update on this bug that I just got from Jagex, this bug is on their list of known issues and is eventually going to be fixed, but as Jagex has informed me:

"It requires work from the tech team who are currently stretched thin. Until there are more resources, other work has taken priority over fixing this bug."

I know this isn't the news you want to hear, but the team is aware of the bug and everyone's frustration and have assured me it will be fixed, but unfortunately they do not yet have a timeline for it.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns about this."

Hoping this issue gets resolved soon. I think it might be over a year now that banners have been broken.

Mod Lyon gave the most recent JMod reply about them (May 2018) that I'm aware of:

Hey there,

Frankly we're super busy with ... literally everything.. right now, hence why we haven't replied sooner.

The problem is a caching issue on our side not refreshing the banner, unfortunately there's not a solution I can give you that I'm aware of. Further, this isn't something that's going to be fixed for some time.

If there are any more updates or I'm corrected by another JMod I'll let you know. Until then I'm afraid its something you're going to have to grin and bear.
