Out of curiosity, is there any readily available reason why this occurred? I didn't see any clan stuff in updates or patch notes, so the only thing I can think of is perhaps early prep for an instanced world for Easter event. (If that is even part of the Easter event, the BTS video is private for who knows what reason...)

Edit: Apparently Chin is broken too, among other things, so it does at least seem to be an instanced world issue.
