Fixing a dilapitated citadel

Would moving the build tick fix the dilapidated state or just extend it?

I've not been able to find the answer to that question, but it might be worth a shot.

If you can make upkeep and visitor count before DXPW starts and move the build tick with the Quartermaster in the keep, you may be able to fix your dilapidation and recover your avatars.

It wouldn't be a wise idea, moving build tick will require double upkeep resources, you will need to wait until citadel resets. It won't change sadly - It's in runewikia as well

Moving the build tick isn't an option. Since you move it forward not back, sadly there is nothing you can do other than meet the upkeep ready for your next tick .

The only thing you can do is learn from this, and make sure those who cap know what to look for when it comes to capping on certain resources.
