How is everyone handling this with their clan? I know it's nothing we can fix (I am one of the ppl stuck) I have some clannies who are in lockdown and now cant play and struggling. Is there something anyone else has done to help them through this?

Looking for ideas and advice to help them stay calm.

Yea some of my members can't login in either. I have refered them to the news post and adviced to send in a ticket (just 1). I hope the server problems are fixed soon. :) Ceecs - leader of Ceecs Clan

I would suggest that that they keep an eye on the dedicated support page: [04-Mar] Unable to access the game *UPDATE* . If needed, you could post this link on your clan's RuneScape forum page, or share it on your Discord.

The support page contains a 'report issue' button, which can be used to raise a ticket directly with Jagex about the issue (whether it's a log in issue, or a rollback issue).

I know you have already done this, but it's worth directing players if they haven't submitted a ticket yet. After all, the form is there to help them and to help Jagex understand the scale of the issue.

I would also recommend keeping an eye on the Reddit page for this issue, which can be found here:

Agreeably, it's the same information as what's displayed on the website, but you might see updates posted there before they're shared through the support centre.

I think it's worth reminding your clannies that a lot of players have experienced problems, and Jagex are working on a fix as their main priority. They have even delayed Monday's update as a result of the problem. It might not seem like a lot is happening, but with working from home and the weekend break (if they had one!) it's understandable for things to be delayed.

If you have a clan discord, maybe rely on that more heavily for people to still feel in touch, and included. Could also use this to create groups in other games to play together.
Many of the clannies in my clan who are stuck have moved to their alt/iron accounts and are playing those more.
I'm also finding people are frustrated not just with the inability to play, but also with the 'what will my account look like when I do get it back'.

Pfff we just play other games every time RuneScape is down (which is often ).
It'd be nice if Jagex brought back

Somehow my entire clan is fine, the guys who are guesting are not :P

I'd recommend to play on an alt account in the meantime. For those concerned about their accounts, it will be fine. I understand you're concerned about your accounts, it's something you've built over years and care a lot about. It's not gone though, and those data gaps are within the very recent history with the information to fill the gaps available.

Reassure those who need the reassurance, for now that is the extent of the support we can offer our clannies :(

We have a relatively small leadership team for our clan's size, and literally 1/3 of our leadership ranks were locked out, myself included. We are all back ingame now, but I worry about the people still locked out..

On a more positive note, although I will only believe it when I see results, Mod Warden mentioned in one of the streams that they wanted to do work on clans.

Now, honestly I know what you're thinking, we've heard this more than a few times before from Jagex leadership. Dropping that during a stream about the lock out seemed a bit less than genuine to me, but perhaps we will get follow through in time.

As I recall, Warden mentioned that they would be reaching out to clan leaders and that they also had a wealth of suggestions from the CLF. Thoughts?

Plz see my post of April 7 regarding effect on clans & clan leadership. I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions on changes that can be made now so that clan leadership won't be so impacted if something like this happens again.

Several of my returning clannies have become disinterested in runescape since their return. Some are still missing items (pof animals, pop crews) despite writing tickets; some thought the compensation was too little--all those extra keys were often just small stars; and some looked for other games. Even the DXP hasn't generated much enthusiasm.
