A few years ago, I am guessing at about 4 years I got access to
this forum and put a deputy owner as the 2nd person from clan
to have access.

The issue now is this person rarely plays and on top of that no
longer helps with the running of our clan Lake of Rune.

I would like to take that person off the list to have access to the
clan leaders forums and put someone who is helping to run the
clan in their place.

So if its possible, how do i do it.

You have to submit another application on the access thread , but on the template under reps, you say "remove player1, add player 2" or something like that. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
