Funny, the XP rates are over 3 times higher than in F2P and still people complain they're too low. The XP rates of the citadel aren't an issue, they're fine the way they are and you can actually level up very quickly if you cap each week. The problem is all the other overpowered XP methods that devalue skilling day by day.
I don't agree on letting people train other combat skills with the summoning plot. Combat should be trained through actual combat.

The Citadel was never and should never be as competitive as outside the citadel - it was never designed to be a substitute but rather a side thing.
With that said I think the xp should be buffed a little bit more to take into account newer methods of training as the last citadel xp calculations was tweaked by Mod Timbo back in either December 2013 or 2014.
-Decrease time it takes to cap
-Increase XP given for capping
-Make capping more afkable
I support making the citadel more afk and making it quicker and I feel this would ultimately get more people to cap, without giving away xp and devaluing skills.

At Solomons General Store you can get Clan Citadel Boosters. It doubles the amount of XP and resources you gain while training in a Clan Citadel. The booster works great. The downside is that it costs money. It should have been for free when you hit 3 fealty stars, or at least use loyalty points to get them. Fast xp and less time to get it!
It would at least be a good start to make Citadel Better

You can't really compare it to F2P xp rates as members are meant to get a higher xp /h. In regards to the overpowered method if you have the money and can afford then why not? That's why its expensive and for members.
