I believe three members of my clan were affected by the login issues. For a small clan like mine, that's a lot. Agreeable, we have recruited since the issues began, but it has been a shame to have them locked out of the game and clan.
Regarding compensation, it looks like the majority of it will come through additional wishes and aftercare, on top of the package that has been awarded. As a clan leader, I have also given my affected clan members additional support, including ranking points for missed events and caps, as well as the offer to provide any additional resources or support that they need. In addition, I have been sharing updates on our Discord server, to help keep people informed about what's happening.
It's a tough situation, and I can't wait to see my clannies back in-game (two out of three are back so far).
