Any bugs with Avas?

My clan member cant get the 3 percent bonus.

We have sent home all avas went back got it out after

she pd ava again (she had 3 days 17 hours remaining however)

Then back to the world that had ava in it and still no 3 percent.

She sent in bug report but i was wondering if anyone else had this issue

and if there is a fix.

I have had issues like this before, I usually tell the member to relog and then it works fine
