XP will remain the same per action, however, with fewer actions, you'll receive less xp overall if you take advantage of the Skill Plot buff on the clan avatar.

Make sure your clannies understand that point. They can opt for quicker capping and less overall xp with the avatar boost, or longer capping without the avatar boost for full xp.

Yep I have to explain this every now and then, I keep telling the other admins to mention it to fellow cappers if they're using the buff incase someone caps for the xp.
Too bad that hasn't been changed but also fair haha.

Question: Does the buff apply/help everyone that is up in Citadel - or just the one who has avatar summoned with skill plot buff?

*edit: upon going to Citadel with a few clannies - we realized it only applies to the person with avatar summoned.

The bonus will apply to anyone within 10 squares of the avatar with the Skill plot bonus activated, as long as they have paid their weekly buff orts. For most clans, this means skilling at the same plot, though you may be able to receive the buff at adjacent plots, depending on set up and position of avatar.

Make sure only 1 avatar is out and active, as multiple avatars out at once will mess things up.

Also, I found that lobbying and returning turned off the bonus. I had to dismiss and re-summon the avatar. And for whatever reason, the bonus doesn't seem to be working at the Obelisk and all.
