and reported ingame, supposedly a known issue but posting again anyway.
Clan Broadcasts are incredibly buggy after this latest update (I assume, hadn't checked them in a few weeks). They will lock in at specific ranks and not save changes, they are set to numerous ranks that we did not set prior, etc. I'm in no condition to post. Wait a minute - I don't have to listen to myself! I'm drunk
