Anyone else having trouble adjusting ranks since update?

Only the trouble with the drop down issue that seems to be affecting all similar things.

Had a panic moment when I wasn't able to only to select a particular rank - so you have to right click to select which you want. Then to change rank I had to use the right click option again.
