Heya guys

As part of Clan Leader Discord's goal to share back into CLF the ideas and discussions, this is the 3rd edition of monthly thread of ideas that have been produced and some discussed by Clan reps. This is an ongoing activity where clan reps can share their ideas at anytime and will be posted on a monthly basis from the Discord.

Sev - 01/01/2018 - Fix spam in clan chat for world hopping with guests
Small fix so that every time a guest hops worlds, it doesnt spam clan chat saying “xxxx user has joined clan chat as a guest”

Lyrehca - 01/03/2018 - Clan challenge system
Incorporate a clan challenge system. Similar to individual Daily Challenges, but they would require clan team effort to complete (similar to Co-op Slayer). Also, unlikely to be daily, but possibly weekly challenges. See thread on CLF "Clan Challenges" for more information ( qfc: 86-87-477-65975893 )

Cheeselets - 01/07/2018 - Ability to post clan announcements on clan noticeboard
Have a system in place where for example deputy or overseer+ can post important clan annoucements onto clan noticeboard or something simliar, and can be viewed by all members of the clan, can be removed by the person that posted/owner or have setting to choose what ranks can delete posts, would be great for clans without discord or for clans with members that don't have discord

Be able to add notes to clan ban list, as you can add notes to people on your friends list, which allows people to see reason for ban

Lord Gandalf - 01/18/2018 - Different colour on minimap for clan guests
Special colour on the minimap for people in the clan you're guesting in. Similar to how purple is friend's chat, orange is actual clan members and green is friends. It'd have to be 2 colours, 1 for members of the clan you're guesting in and a seperate colour for guests in your clan

Emil - 01/22/2018 - Fix the surplus/upgrade numbers on the "view resources" tab
Fix the surplus/upgrade numbers on the "view resources" tab within Citadel.
Upgrades should be a summation of the required resources to upgrade and the surplus should be the total resouces gathered subtracted with both upkeep and upgrade cost.
(And the bars if they are still incorrect with the correction of numbers)

Guzma - 01/31/2018 - Add note to ban list to help identify why banned
Allow us to Right-click names on the Ban List and add a note per individual name stating why they were banned? (helps deal with people who constantly change their name to throw off others!)

When a new clan member is recruited it should read: "#ClanMember" has recruited "#NewMember". Instead of: "#NewMember" has joined the clan

When a clan member changes name, have the name change icon appear to the right of their name and their previous name visible upon hovering over their name for ~1week after the name change. (and a toggle if possible)

Name change icon isn't possible currently for Clan Chat sadly, already looked into that

Add a counter at the bottom of the clan ban list, stating the number of entries currently on the list (much like we already have for friends/ignores and friends chat). Should (in theory) be a fairly simple feature to add & would allow clans to see at a glance how much leeway they have for bans

Only reason I used red is because online but different world is yellow @Moltare so tried to follow the colour conventions we use across the game, however I can see your point

So I found out that the game checks how many players are on skilling plots and then tries to slightly increase the resource gain for each player a skilling plot up to 25 players, now the gain itself isn't significant until you have about 6 players skilling in the Citadel at once, in my experience that isn't done much with clans unless at an event/citadel reset?
So, would you like to boost that a little bit?

Posting a vote for consideration of removing the boost of multiple players capping in the citadel so that our Alt accounts and Main accounts can cap at the same time in the clan Citadel, as it would no longer be considered mini game boosting by doing so.

Allow the use of 'Trail' and 'Join' for active Clan Members in the same way as for the Friends List where home tele is used to the nearest lodestone with the 'Trail' option also being visible on left clicking the active clan member on the Clan tab

Clan citadel- more plots, increase xp gains for people with higher stats when capping at a plot (I’m comped and capping is a waste of my time in terms of xp)

Note above that this has been confirmed by Mod Shauny and Ex Mod Moltare that adding more citadel plots is currently not on the agenda due to Citadel being heavy on QA, not practical and requires an overhaul.

Make more customisation, more after t7 besides dragons to, maybe more tiers and have ability to upgrade Ava’s so they give more xp buffs

A toggle for these 2 additions, as I feel it could confuse some people, mistaking the
green for them being in the same world. (and the fact I think it looks ugly)

Had an idea, people will either hate it or love. Just like an achivement banner, i was thinking that maybe the clan vex could be talkative with preselected stuff.
For example:
We are the xxxxxxxx clan
We have xxx members
We are a (insert 2-3 keywords) clan.
The keywords are from the list given, not a phrase written like the motto.
This could be something that it automatically does every 2-3 mins. It may help with recruiting.
This was on top of my head. Didnt think of pro’s and con’s or whether its silly or not. Just at the very basic, it will help with recruiting cause everybody doesnt read vex

What about clan cloak that has better stats (not so it’s op) the higher the clan citadel is? So it’s worth lower tier players/new players joining clans as the cape will be good for them

Switch 'Confirm' and 'Cancel' in the citadel bxp interface around so that it is consistant with every other BXP/XP giving interface in-game (lamps/stars etc)

"Clan Bank" Is it possible to upgrade the bank inside the citadel or to add a new offical "Clan Bank" with its own bank space (seprate to the clan leaders bank) . It would be avaliable for everyone to view and add items but not withdraw. with the clan leader being able to add/withdraw items and add tabs to the bank. With the clan leader being able to give permision to certin high rank people to retrive items from the bank within the clan setting permission. There should be an option within the banking system for people to donate items to the clan bank. There should be some kind of safe guard so that not even the clan leader can't take the clan bank and run off with the contents off the clan bank.
