This would give atleast a better idea on who you can eventually remove from this tiny banlist, to make room for new trolls.

What about using a fresh new account for your "detailed" ban list, where you would keep your notes added for the names you have ban-listed?
I like this idea as well tbh. Can see how its annoying to keep track on it. But as a middle way to the op's suggestion for now, we might do this.
