A friend of mine was world hopping to mine Rune Ores, got a pop up saying she had a lot of logins for her account. When she tried to login the next day she is banned for macroing. How does she appeal this? We all know the 100% certain before we ban an account is complete crap. Jagex has admitted so just a few weeks ago, when they unbanned a player that was so efficient it appeared he was a bot.

How does a good player, one that is willing to help anyone get her account back? She has been falsely accused of macroing. She has been a player for 10 years.

From reading other posts about appeals, I've seen where some are still waiting after appealing over a year ago.

We need to support the good players of rs. If we dont stand up for each other, who will?

All I'm asking is for an actual Jmod to contact me so that I can get my longtime friends acct back active.

Not going to lie... I have not had a good experience with the Jagex Community Management Team. After getting kicked from the CLF I started by emailing CM - and after a week had no response. So I created a Twitter account, tweeted 6 or 7 JMods who were CM (and 1 was Maz) and the only one to respond was Maz - telling me to contact CM.

After a month I got a reply after Tweeting another to tell me to contact someone else... In the end it got resolved, but a ban for macro? Good Luck and try Twitter - look for any JMods that could be CM. I found @JagexJane useful to direct me to someone who could help. MrBrokenBow - Former Leader and Founder of

Thank you also, I've suggested that she try twitter also. Knowing some Jmod names will hopefully allow her to get someone to manually review her acct.
