Clan XP Glitch?

Two clanmates of mine have had their clan xp reset to 0 within the last two days or so? Neither has left clan, neither has their rank changed. Tbh I don't think either has logged in within the last week or more. The two accounts aren't associated with each other and joined clan at different times.

Anyone else have this happen recently?

Posted on twitter as well hoping for some explanation. Thanks

There was a clan xp update, cause I lost 20B+ clan xp... Maybe they changed name at same time or so and that got their clan xp reset. I dunno really... Ceecs - leader of Ceecs Clan

Same thing happened to someone in my clan. He didn't change his name and lost ~102m Clan Xp.

He never left the clan, but this appeared on our RuneClan event log:


This is the second person this has happened to in my clan within the last year.

EDIT: Just thought I should clarify and say that "null" is not a player in this case. All stats on RuneClan were shown as 0 though it says RuneClan is tracking this player. ~ Sicariu

@Sicariu, yes I too had the same RuneClan message with the null added as well. How odd...

Yeah, both members of my clan that it happened to were online at the time of the glitch.

Maksui has gained ~22m XP since the beginning of March, so I know inactivity isn't a factor for him, not to mention he's very active in my Clan Chat as well.

EDIT: One thing I find very strange is that both clan members were at Lieutenant rank when this happened to them, though I'm sure that's just a coincidence. ~ Sicariu

Both people in my clan had it happen at the same time. One is a corporal rank who has not been active since January, the other an alternate account that wasn't played for a week and hasn't been played again yet, a lieutenant rank..

I'm a bit nervous if it's a common occurrence because there are many clannies that take pride in their clan xp.

Was hoping to hear a response from a mod either here or on twitter to at least know they are aware of this happening.

same has happened to one of our Members, and yes she is active, she was actually in cc with me when it happened

also with "null" being added to our clan, but no message in cc came up for that, was just on runeclan ?

Edit: just let you know, I did check with a Jmod and it didn't show in the system that they had not left or anything either, although I already knew they hadn't as I was in cc with them at the time it all happened but checked anyway, their xp was reset to 0, they had almost 300m xp ¸.•´¸.`•.¸¸.• MoonShadow `•.¸¸.•¸.•´¸.`

@Kaeli, that sucks :( Yeah the null seems to just be a way to indicate that the xp got zero'd out. Idk but kinda sad to just lose clan xp without having left.

Yeah I requested a Clan XP fix in the past few months over here: 86-87-132-65876924. Not sure if that's in any way related to the individual xp loss some experienced though. Part of the
