Yeah I requested a Clan XP fix in the past few months over here: 86-87-132-65876924. Not sure if that's in any way related to the individual xp loss some experienced though.

I don't think it is, the odd ones have had their clan xp set back to 0 even though they didn't leave, change name etc

hopefully there is someway to put it back for the ones affected, this is a big deal for some clan members, along with clans that use the xp gained to rank up !!!! ¸.•´¸.`•.¸¸.• MoonShadow `•.¸¸.•¸.•´¸.`

Sorry for bumping an old thread but it seems that this glitch is still happening. Happened 16 days ago in Bass and Drums to 2 of our clan members, with the Null thing too on RuneClan.

Did anybody ever figure this one out?
