Two of my clan members 'clan xp' went to zero today. I have only spoken to one of them, they have told me that they did not leave the clan and then rejoin. Anyone know why this would have happened and has it happen to any other clans? Join us at

The Clan XP HiScores were updated today. This is a manual update that forces clans' total XP counts to update to account for the XP lost due to members leaving clans.

Unfortunately, there's a bug with this update that sometimes resets individual clan members' XP to zero. I flagged this to Mod Matthe a few years ago when one of my clan members had his XP reset, but there was nothing able to be done about it. :(

I'm not sure if anything's changed in the last few years, but it's terrible that a bug like this exists. ~ Sicariu

Just to add on to that - sadly clan highscore xp lost has to be updated manually as it doesn't do it automatically like it does for clan xp gained. From what I can see only 1 clan member this time has lost xp, he went from 150m or so to 0. Last time a clan member lost 300m (reset to 0) and another lost only 50m (but didn't go to zero).
