How so? I think there are different way to play the game. For my part, I'm pretty open and just being myself. The way a person will react to this thread will show what type they are as leader as well.

For instance, the clan I've lead all had an off-site where people could create a bond as clan mates, but capable of getting themselves a little more personally as well. Some of them became good friends in real life, etc. I for my part also met some people. Some clan leaders prefer role play and that kind of stuff, they don't like people knowing their name. All in all, what matters is people are aware of the impact of posting a picture and such then they decide if they do or not.
