Hopefully I have just missed something in which case please by all means let me know.
Recently my clan decided we were going to switch our citadel chat to being global so anyone in the citadel can see anyone else's chat in the citadel. The problem is, it appears the only place you can change this setting is inside the citadel at the head guard. This is a problem because the account set as owner in our clan is currently not a member and thus cannot enter the citadel. Only the true owner is allowed to change this setting not co-owners, and there is no way for the owner to allow co-owners to change it either.
The only work around I can see is temporarily passing the owner rank to one of the deputy owners who is a member and then passing it back but this shouldn't be required in my opinion.
Not something we are going to change. I'll post accordingly on that thread later.
