For Runescape Chronicle I know they work in two week sprints but how does it work with you? Do you set a time on when you want it to be released?
Depends what project it is. Some are fixed release dates (e.g. we can't exactly move December for the December weekends.....) and some are variable release dates.
Generally speaking tho we work in two week sprints and commit to a certain amount of work in that time. This may or may not be a whole project dependent on the project's size.

So the small projects such as Cape overide and other small fixes are done? Just waiting for QA?
Mute is ready for testing... clan cape override is not a small job. it delves into one of those spaghetti areas of the code.
