Hello, my friend accidentally left his clan and I am posting on his behalf, his name is Bluelight and he left Incursione instead of a mazcab group. Would it be possible for a Jmod to add the missing XP back to him and the clan? He is very upset about the whole situation.. ;/

There was an update before Christmas, which meant you needed to enter a bank pin before you could leave a clan. This doesn't happen in mazcab groups.

XP has never been reinstated to clans in these situations, and i doubt it would be now particularly after the update - which was for this very reason

In December the bank pin was added to leaving a clan so it would need to be entered when leaving a clan. Does this make it where you have to enter it everytime the leave button is clicked? or down entering the pin on one game log in (opening bank) negate it so the leave button can just be clicked?

This is my understanding of it as well.
But I can't confirm.

4 of my clan members left by mistake. We lost about 6b xp. Not like we are xp seeking clan, but it really demotivates those who left the clan by mistake. We could at least get full screen warning signs or something before leaving clan.

But I can't confirm.

Could this be confirmed by someone? If this is the case, the PIN acts mostly as a fix to hacked accounts... The majority of players use their PIN at the beginning of their day, thus making this safety-PIN irrelevant. If it is a forced-PIN separated from the bank-PIN, we finally have a great solution to the problem.
