Build Tick has changed time

I'm probably being silly here but my clan's build tick was changed to be 20:00 UTC on a Wednesday evening a few months back. All was well until today when I went to enter my clan's citadel after the "build tick", and I noticed my resources were still 2000/2000. Thinking that was very odd I looked at the citadel information screen and it said build tick was in 1h and 15m which would make the build tick time 21:20 UTC.

I thought that the build tick time didn't change to when the first member after the build tick entered anymore or am I being silly? Any help/explanation would be greatly appreciated!

The first member entering the Citadel triggers the code to execute, so that's why the time for Build Ticks can change by a few minutes at a time. There is a grace period after the tick is supposed to occur where the time will not change, but I've been unable to find a source that tells how long that grace period is.

I'm not sure where you would have heard this, but that is untrue. Build tick times haven't received any updates. ~ Sicariu

Thanks for the replies - I also put this on twitter and Shauny said that it's still done by when the first player enters the citadel. It said on the wiki (which has now been changed) that it was exactly 7 days after the last build tick so it had just been worded wrong.

Setting up a reminder now to talk to the quartermaster next week! :)
