Hi there,
Apologies if this is the wrong forum (couldn’t decide whether to post here or in general clans).

I’ve encountered a bug this morning where my resource cap hasn’t reset after Citadel reset. Now this wouldn’t normally be a big issue, but this has also affected our visit count (it won’t register my account visiting as a new visit) and we’re currently struggling to get 30 visits each week to get tier 7 back (we lost it 2 weeks before the upkeep amount was reduced lol).

Basically, I manage our citadel, our reset time is 10:30am game time every Monday, so I make sure to visit as soon as it resets to keep the reset time the same - my client froze right after I’d entered the citadel, forcing me to restart it, and when I logged back in the citadel had reset but my resource cap hadn’t and it won’t let me touch any resources (as if I’d already capped for the week). I’ve tried everything I can think of to try and force it to reset (restarting client, entering and leaving Cit, summoning and dismissing ava’s etc.) but nothing is working.

It is only my account that this bug has affected, as other clan members visits and resource caps have successfully reset as normal.

(I have reported it as a bug in game).

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked to see how many resources it says you have gathered if any? Maybe it carried over your cap and the resources you gathered as well. Might be worth looking and seeing if your resources are counting against your upkeep/needs. Could be that you're only outta the xp from capping if it actually allocated a caps worth of resources from you.

Doubt there is anything Jagex could do to help you guys out shy of a roll back and I wouldn't see them doing that anyways. Good luck and I hope this doesn't throw you guys off track too bad.

Yeah it says I’ve capped (2350/2350). It’s not the cap/resources that I’m particularly bothered about - it’s more so the visit count, we’re currently having to recruit randoms every week to hit 30, so even though it’s just one - my visit not counting towards the 30 is a pretty big inconvenience :(
