Once you get access, you keep it permanently.

This means that if you are no longer a representative of a clan, you remain in the CLF as a 'legacy leader'.

What Uplift says is true. The only reason you'll lose access is if your clan leader requests a swap in clan representatives through the CLF access thread, if you really want to leave or if you break the forum rules in such a way that your removal is the best option.
