Discord is a very secure VOIP. It hides IP addresses and emails - even from server owners.

R.E Rules, we will strongly enforce them and we will have admins who will moderate the server. There may be a few Jmods who actually will be on the server as there is with my current server as I would like people like Mod Matthe to be on there if he wanted to.

However the moderating would be done via the Discord Mods. I cannot really see any issues where a Jagex Mod would need to be involved anyway.

It doesn't need to be seen as a competition. It is just a separate idea.

This discord would not be similar to the CLD - it would not have places to speak and suggest ideas to Jagex Moderators, nor would it be a place for only leaders.

I would like to invite all the Discord Mods of the Clan leader Discord to be an admin within this new server. If they wanted to.

I don't want to cause conflict between me and you Rob, nor do I with me and the Discord Mods of the CLD. However I feel like this idea has the potential to be decent and don't want to pass the opportunity to make this a thing. And at this current time Discord is becoming more and more known and popular for gamers.

The only reason this can be seen as a competition is if users left your discord for this one in my opinion, which is not at all what I want to happen. I want this to be more advertised towards clan members and admins, not just leaders.
