No - this is not a matter we can deal with through the CLF forums. Your Clannie needs to contact player support, through the support centre where they will be able to recover the account if they are the account holder. The account has notes on dated from last year expecting an account recovery.

Archaeox - all account recovery is done through a long hard detailed look at the account in question and its history. In this case the account has been returned to its rightful owner.
But this thread is not for account help queries in relation to clannies - those need to be raised with player support by the player.

Im Rami - you are correct. This is not the place for that. Your friend needs to contact Player Support and recover their account.
