We do not remove individual Clan names in that way - we are awaiting a report on inactive clans from our Business Intelligence team which we'll be looking at to see the best way to resolve these issues, but we have no definite time scale on this atm.

This is not a venue for appeals for the account of your friends - However I have checked the account in question and she has been permanently banned following manual checks by a specialist JMod for gold farming. The ban will not be reversed.

Im Rami - Investigation, further information will depend on the results.

2nd matter - a 72 hour mute has been issued and warnings issued. Future issues should be reported as had been done as it is that evidence that has allowed us to issue the sanctions so placed.
