Where it is an individual causing the issue it is not a Clan issue, even if they are a member of a Clan. If they are being offensive report them on that basis and take appropriate actions re: bans/ignores.

That requires a bug report and it will be looked into through those mechanisms - it is not something we would be able to help with through the CLF.
