Radyi - Just because something is not filtered does not mean it's suitable to be used as a clan name. If the name was removed it must be offensive. Our team must've received a report about it and deemed it unsuitable. Simply choose an appropriate name for your clan and it won't be removed.

Divination - I have highlighted this with our ICU team for review.

Esploratore - You will need to submit an in-game bug report for this, as we can't collect the relevant information via the forums

Cafe - There's not a huge amount we can do without a report of item scamming against them. You've done all of the right things to safeguard against it happening again though.
