I'm sure some of you already know about this, but I found it messing around the other day. You can broadcast when you citadel resets in your chat (sorta). I figured I would share the steps to set it up in case anyone wants to use it.

First, what the broadcast will actually look like.
*********Clan Event Broadcast from Username********
x days, x hrs, x minutes until events starts
Citadel Reset.

First step is to setup an event using the clan notice board function. To find this you can go to any of the clan noticeboards, or on your clan chat tab there is a icon there as well.
Choose Edit clan noticeboard
Here is the list of the options and how you should set it up. Only a few things need to be changed those ones will have a * next to them.
Choose an event to setup. 1-8 (remember what one you setup)
World-Any world
*Event time-Find what time of day your citadel resets and change this time to match that time
*Day-Find what day of the week your citadel resets and change this day to match that day
*Year-Current year
Attendees: any option
*Place: Clan Citadel
*Event type: Clan event
*Sub type: Citadel reset
Thread ID: optional if you choose to use it
mandatory attendance required? - useful checkbox if its mandatory.
Visible on vexillum? - optional

Then click save. If your date is wrong and set from a previous day it won't save.

Next step is to actually send the broadcast
Right click the Clan noticeboard functions and select Clan noticeboard broadcast
choose the event that was set for the reset broadcast
You won't need to check every box for the broadcast, and an example of what shows up is in the lower box of that interface.
The ones I choose are: Relative time to event and event sub type.
You can add other options like event date, mandatory status, extra information message if you use a forum, and the place. whatever you desire.
