Cannot access avatar's buffs

We recently reopened our citadel, before we had tier 7 with grand avatar habitat.

Now we have got our 3 avatars back but can only access the first buff on each. Do we need to get back to certain tier or something to get the 3 buffs back.

We are at tier 1 at the moment.

At t1 you can only use 1 avatar. Your post says you have your 3 but are t1. You need a Basic habitat to house the one and make it useable.

At T4 you can use 2, but you need to build a Medium avatar habitat.

You cannot use the avatars because your citadel is too low to use the Grand habitat.

You either need to tear out the habitat and rebuild, or wait until you are t7 to use your avatars. I think the obvious answer is to tear out and rebuild. 23 200ms. Founder of Jamandy52 skilling clan. Favorite skill: Construction. Love skilling. Love minigames.

Yeah, we are tier 1 but have the grand habitat so we have 3 avatars there and can access the first buff for each.

It remembers the buffs for each of them but the buff we really want happens to be in the second slot of the avatar.

Thinking of waiting till t4 and seeing if will have 3 avatars with 2 buffs each.

This sounds like an epic bug where it grants 3 buffs- all 3 first slots, rather than 1 complete avatar - with 3 buffs because of the wrong tiered habitat, lol. 23 200ms. Founder of Jamandy52 skilling clan. Favorite skill: Construction. Love skilling. Love minigames.

i suggest on just waiting until you get to the t4 citadel etc as i came into clan by request of my friend then they became owner and so asked me to take over and clan citadel was tier 3 but dropped down afterwards when prev owner left and so did many others, so it had 1 ava but 3 buffs so once we reached t4 then we could use all 3 buffs and move forward from there.
