Set the default toggle for the noticeboard event reminder to 'remind' rather than 'do not remind':

You're correct, toggling the reminder to always remind should be easy. I was responding to the whole thing about recurring events, messages on login etc.

This would be engine work given how those pieces of information are stored - this would not be something Mod Maz could help with and we would have to summon external support for it. We can put it on the wishlist but would have to call out a veritable army of Squirrels to try to get dev time from others.

As Choobokka surmises, because of how the Clan Engine works it is a requirement for the noticeboard to be utilised by admin+ - this is not something that we can or will be changing. -
