Snow at Citadel ? ? ?

and while we are listing impossible seasonal things for the citadel, with my snow, can i have a giant Christmas tree ? I'm even prepared to gather resources to build it

Oh, and in the Volcano with the Tzhaar, they deserve it too.
Seriously, with the new engine rework, I'd love to see different weather/time themes added in alot of places such as POH, Miscellania, Citadels...
Citadels and POH's would be cooler with more themes:
Pest Control environment theme, Menaphos/desert environment theme...
Things could be far more awesome in this game, for sure... If only they'd drop dead weight. I still say adding mini-games to quest lines would improve the game, revive dead content. Strip out the less popular mini-games, combine a few, etc... I wish I worked at JAGeX. Clan:
