Currently running a clan xp system. for the lower ranks and a different system for admin+
recruit = 0-41,278 clan xp
Corporal = 41,289 clan xp (minimum xp needed for lvl 10 in all skills) - 4,735,474 xp
sergeant = 4,735,575 clan xp (lvl 50 in all skills) - 13,034,422 xp
lieutenant = 13,034,423 clan xp (lvl 99) - 104,273,166 xp
captain = 104,273,167 clan xp (lvl 120) - 199,999,999
general = 200m clan xp
admin = avatar rank, temp rank if requested. permanent rank if actively helping the clan with the clan avatar
organizer = managers in training/assistant managers
coordinator = managers
overseers = legacy members (former deputies who still know how to run the clan but aren't as active)

The lower ranks are really just for fun, some people insist on staying a lower rank until they get general, some could care less. The ones that do care say they really do feel like they are leveling up the clan skill as they play.
Admin any member can get if they just ask for it and they use the avatar on a regular basis. We don't even require capping for avatar, and they can summon the avatar without any buff if they want.
The higher ranks are all chosen by the owner/deps and they are used as organizers for events like bossing, mini games, citadel, etc. vvvvv-----in case of fire read below-----vvvvv
