I made a script for it. The script fetches the clan list and then proceeds to check if each username exists on the ironman hs. It takes a couple of seconds to load since it's essentially fetching the stats of every single user in the clan. Similarly, a minor tweak to the script will query the main hs to check if people are inactive.
If a player is not ranked on the main hs, there can be three reasons:
a) inactive and f2p
b) banned (temporarily or permanently)
c) new account (below 1k xp gained, which I believe is required to appear on hs)
I'm not sure when inactive f2p users are removed from the hiscores; if it's still every 6 months or if they have changed that. I'm also not sure if a player who only logs into the lobby or companion app would appear on the hiscores. I suspect that someone who only lobbies won't appear on the hs, but the companion app lets you interact with game code so it might behave differently. In any case, if you're clearing inactive users, bare in mind that the data may not be 100% accurate.
Runeclan, I believe, uses a slightly different approach in their activity checker. Afaik, they are basing it off of the last xp gains, which means the user needs to have been tracked for X amount of days (and it wouldn't account for someone just coming on to chat). It would include inactive p2p users though.
I don't know if there's any site out there that offers an ironman service like this. Runeclan could easily add it, but for any site that doesn't do clan tracking, it's not ideal without caching the results. Provided it wasn't used a lot, it would be no problem to offer a service like it though

Is there a way we can use it too, like in a google spreadsheet or something? Cause now I base inactiviry on Runeclan XP gains and at end of each month I check who of those are F2P an who not, depending on how close we are to max members we kick most of those. Ceecs - leader of Ceecs Clan

yeah Ive been using Runeclan so far, but its not ideal and quite annoying to go through all the time, and doesnt show IM or membership status
