For some reason two of my clan mate's cloaks have their old model (the one where you could make it look like a skill cape), while I have the newest model.
Someone is suggesting it's because of fealty rank (they are at 1, I'm at 3).
Could someone please give me insight into what exactly is going on?
If something changed recently, or if I just didn't notice... or if it's not related to fealty rank at all!
