This topic is about people whose name starts by a lowercase letter.
Some time ago, they've been included in the middle of the other names (not in the ASCII normal order) in the clan memberlist on the RS website.
Old order (Names starting by a capital letter comes first) :
Clanmate1
OtherMate
dude
However in the Clan Memberlist, it has been changed to (names starting by a lowercase letter have been inserted in the middle of the others) :
Clanmate1
dude
OtherMate
Which in my opinion, is much more logical.
I was wondering why this has not been implemented yet in the clan chat interface (showing who's online) There, the old order is still used and can cause some confusion
This is not anything big, but I still think it'd be worth changing.
It is annoying that it is alphabetized by capital lettered names, then the non capital lettered names. Can be annoying to find people in the cc tab, or in your member list.

Exactly what I thought PippySpot, and honestly I doubt it's something that would take much time to change, could be a small ninja update.

I remember when it was changed to rearrange the full members list alphabetically, rather than separating it between Capital and Lowercase names.
I'm actually surprised that this change hasn't been made for the Clan Chat Channel yet.

Ooh interesting. And support.
The names are probably listed numerically, as in, the code/ASCII value or 'order' of capital A might be a smaller number than that of lowercase a?

I believe that the clan chat is currently ordered with the ASCII values. However, this has been changed in the Clan Memberlist on the Runescape Website, which is what I find weird.
If this change has been done in the clan memberlist, it has probably only been forgotten in the ingame clan chat, since I do not think this would require much work to change.
It is basically the same code to sort this array of names that would be used, the only difference in my opinion is that the langage used to program the clan chat in game is not the same programming langage that was used for the website.
