Cant enter citadel?

Everytime I or one of my clan members enters citadel we get dc'd to log in screen. We have 3 hours to build tick and i have 3 people that want to finish. there are other outside the clan camp that can not enter their citadel either.

More than likely it's a problem with the shard worlds again, there was the same issue a few days ago at around the same time.

Hopefully the upkeep hasn't been left until 3 hours before your tick, that would be unfortunate.

Again this is happening to my clan & our reset is tonight. Happened to a friends clan last week & they couldn't make keep because it wasn't fixed until after some of their players had to log off. Seriously either do away with keep or fix the problem soon. If this is something we have to look forward to weekly it's not a good thing!

Thing is we can't even get in to start our tick & I really don't want my tick moving! This is becoming a problem weekly, please also do away with the system of paying to move the tick then if you can't fix this because I don't appreciate not being able to start our clock & having my tick move to after midnight where I live!

We tick 20hrs and I have no idea if my citadel has met upkeep. We are a small clan and have completed t-7, so often we finish tuesday night...day before tick!

If we fail because of this will we be able to get a extention? Years and years of work, to roll back would be a complete shame. I am aware it would all go brown first and no avatars but that would really strain my upkeep since we are using the avatars for upkeep.

I hope you do as well but friends clan, Area 42 couldn't since it did this last week the night before their tick. They had people ready to do their resources & get their keep but no one could get in that night & about an hour after most logged off they fixed it but all their people had to work jobs the next day & weren't able to get on before the tick. Their citadel was delapidated & they could not use their ava's till after the next tick. I wish Jagex would allow all clans until they get this fixed some type of grace. With us tonight it almost messed up our tick but someone at least managed to get up to start the clock we just can't reset the numbers.
