Maybe this has been suggested earlier (sorry if I've missed that). But it would be nice if it was possible to add broadcast messages for clan members. That is if a clan member got a bandos chestplate it would be nice if everyone in the clan got that as a broadcast instead of only the ones added to friend list. Is this implementable at a reasonable amount of development time?

It'd probably get very spammy and old very quickly, especially with the medium to larger clan sizes. Having it linked through friends is a smoother way to handle the influx of drop announcements a clan might go through.

I would love for the regular news broadcasts from clannies to be able to be seen in the clan chat tab. Maybe not in the form of the admin messages, but its frustrating to have to keep switching to general chat tab to see the news when I almost always only talk in CC.

I think its an awesome idea, but I also think it should be optional. Maybe before we're so quick to dismiss these sorts of ideas, we should not assume its going to be a new condition of clan chat to use it, but rather (like just about everything else) that it would be implemented as a toggleable option.
