No - we have not been mentioning them as a number of the things we have been working on, most of which you were aware of, were complicated on a QA front. As an example the Clan Mute was on our list for this year and was worked on back at the start of the year but technical testing showed a substantial number of issues that meant significant amounts of supporting work would be required to make it feasible.

QA can show up all kinds of issues that a developer may not have considered or encountered during development, and there is a queue for QA. Hence why we have not mentioned the stuff we have in those queues.
