This is a great update!

Tested it and found that at times when I summon the avatar I could only see the other person using the avatar has it but not the avatar I have on me at that time.
Also I found that you can dismiss the avatar from your fellow clannies when they have the avatar using that recall stone, now this is funny but may need to patch it so you can only recall offline players or players that lose their admin/avatar warden status, some clans may run in to a issue where they have a troll admin and recalls all avatars to citadel...

Now all that is left is too buff or change the avatar abilities :P seems outdated to me especially that auto ort ability and that bonus capping one

That is not a glitch you can see who has it (even if they are offline) at the noticboard, and the recall stone well you see it regardless and can recall it from those offline players.
