With bxp/dxp being released to invention in June/July (I can't remember at the time of making this thread), I was just wondering how would the avatar buff affect xp?

Due to siphon/disassembling not being affected by dxp/bxp, does this mean that weapon experience will also not be affected by the ava buff?

I expect the avatar bonus to work with Invention when the BXP amnesty is removed, yeah (25th of July).

Edit: Oops I misread, you meant the augmented items' XP from combat? In that case, I don't think the avatar (or BXP) would have any affect there since the item XP is determined by damage done in combat. Since BXP wouldn't affect the damage done in combat, I assume that item XP won't be affected by the avatar bonus.

It has been stated that as of the 25th July, siphoning/disassembling augmented gear will not receive any BXP in any form (including DXP weekends), and for other things they would and would only have a 1.5x increase (rather than 2x) on DXP.

This means that the avatar bonus (BXP) will have no effect on siphoning/disassembling augmented gear, nor will it have an effect on item XP since that is only gained by damage done with the item directly.
