I have reported a player who uses atleast 3 or 4 accounts to consistently rag myself and other players. I try to enjoy the f2p pking worlds. Unfortunately I cannot as this individual will not stop. He has threatened me and declared a “permed status” . As stated I have reported this individual but idk what else I can do. As well he uses very foul language towards individuals he rags harasses them and is just unethical. As stated I have reported the individual and I believe multi logging on different accounts for the cause of ragging is also breaking the rules wouldn’t it be? Hulk kills

The only way for a player to keep finding you is if they're in the same friends / clan chat you're in, your private messenger is set to "on", you have the attacker added, or someone who's in contact with you is relaying your position back to the attacker. Multi-logging is not against the rules.

Yeah multi logging isnt againt the rules but endless harrassing from individuals essentially is cyber bullying.... and for jagex to say this game has a safe fun environment is for all ages is comical..... ive been dealing with a ragger who said I attacked down 14 lvls inf2p lumby when all I done was tell the individual they should grow up with that kiddy stuff annnnnd now im the target of endless unwanted harassment and jagex literally looks the other way... hell they treat bots better than they treat longtime players anymore...
