So after the outfit, or maybe before the outfit, for 1k points, allow Blue to be charged, up to 5 with the outfit, 3 without. Each charge can be used to follow Blue to the location of a scan.

Naturally, if Blue encounters a barrier ( wildy wall, gate, etc ), Blue just stops pointing you in the correct direction.

The speed of Blue is walking, unless the boots are owned. My Threads:
