I had a nice visit here- i'm working on 200m woodcutting and not quite sure how 'efficient' evil trees are, but I remember them as being fun so I popped in. I found an active elder tree almost right away and players with a well coordinated 'plan' for attacking it.

I have the following questions-
Can you get the woodcutting pet from the evil tree itself?
