I've been looking around, and I do not see any requirements, I have 350 skills and level 42. It says "Not old enough" to enter PvP Free Worlds.

Hello there, welcome to the forums.

The requirements for PVP Worlds were changed recently. You now need 20 hrs of in-game time, 10 QP, and at least 100 total level.

This was released as part of the new player restrictions update, which was explained in the Easter Event (click me) news article.

Activating membership or meeting the requirements will allow you to enter the dedicated worlds.
