Numbers match up with spy device hints. #1-5 worth 1 point. # 6-12 worth 2 points (after Cold War) except #11 which is worth 3 (requires Some Like It Cold).


1. Port Khazard barrel - last in Ardougne clocktower, southwest of zoo

2. Rellekka rock - last spyable over fence, at the Rellekka cow pen

3. Brimhaven bush - last in Brimhaven, at Arnav's house southwest of spirit tree patch

4. McGrubor's Wood bush - cannot leave woods. Fairy ring ALS

5. Gnome Maze bush - last in Ardy castle, south wing

6. Jatiszo rock - last in northeast Jatz guard tower

7. Wilderness rock A - last at Deserted Keep/lever area, lvl 50s

8. Mort Myre bush - last at Barrows field

9. Jatizso bush - last in Jatz north anvil house

10. Wilderness rock B - last in Dark Warrior Fortress (DWF), lvl 15ish

11. Ghost Penguin - see hints for clues. Teleports frequently.

12. Lletya toadstool - Freezer Peng - cannot leave town, but can roam up to tree gate

The agents can also spawns at all 2-points spawn locations (34, see wiki), though they may have a lower spawn rate. The spawn time is between 1 and 2 minutes.

Some new discoveries today:
- If you have a full inventory when spying any of the secret agents the casket goes straight to your bank.
- If you zap the ghost before it is due to teleport it will stay for an extra 3 minutes and teleport directly after the zap wears off. However it will be immune to zapping at the new spawn as the zap (2 minute) cool down carries over with the teleport.
- When the ghost is out on water it is possible to zap it in a spot that is out of spy range. Zap radius is 15 tiles and spy range is less than 15.
