I recently went to the Duel Arena and went to do the normal polypore stakes that most users do, but soon noticed that my opponents were able to cast disruption shield before/during the fight, even though they had no runes in their inventory or a rune pouch. This makes for an unfair advantage to those that do not have it, and the settings should not allow this because it makes for a full hit to be reduced to 1 in a stake.


I get that the other alternative would be to just get it for myself, but that would mean Livid farm... no thanks.
